Dongqi crane has a professional technical team which has provided many materials handling solution for word wide mills. This time they provide an optimal lifting solution for Wattens Vietnam Co., Ltd. which is a world famous paper mill.<\/span><\/p>\n

When this paper mill engineer found us, he required a polipasto de cable<\/a><\/strong> to lift the paper from the ground to the second floor, before he found us, he has inquired many other hoists supplier, however, due to the limit headroom of his paper mill, none of them can meet his needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Luckily, we had a type of low headroom type wire rope hoist<\/a><\/strong> which has very low headroom and short hook approach. He was excited when he received our design solution, can\u2019t believe our hoist structure is so ideal then sent us his roof beam photo and marked with size, after checking the H-section beam, we adjusted our wheel track which will match the existing beam perfect.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nevertheless, there is another limit in their paper mill. Since the beam is suspended on the roof with another section leans out of the window, the hoist must reach the max lifting height in this very limit window. If the hook can\u2019t reach the required height, the paper bag would hit the underside of the window and could not be transported in. But nothing beats our engineer, they replace hook head to be a super low headroom type which increased another 10cm lifting height, not only the paper bag can successfully transported in, but also left 5cm of safe clearance. The customer placed this order very quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now customer has already installed our crane. After the test, our hoist is so good that contributes a lot to the safety and efficiency of their paper mill production. We will continue our efforts.<\/span><\/p>\n
