Challenge:<\/h3>\n

A thermal processing plant in ZIMBABWE, needed a high-speed polipasto de cable<\/a><\/span>. Used in a heat treating and quenching operation, the hoist had to have fast lifting speeds to ensure quick transport of a load from the oven to the quenching tank.<\/p>\n

Previously, the application used a competitor\u2019s hoist with a low lifting speed 15m\/min, but faster speeds were required.<\/p>\n

Solution:<\/h3>\n

After confirming with our engineers, we provided a high-speed, 5 ton wire rope hoist. The customer can lift at speeds of 35m\/min, greatly speeding up the transport process. In addition to high speeds, the el\u00e9ctrico de la gr\u00faa<\/a><\/span> was equipped with heat shields for protection against the high heat of the oven.<\/p>\n
