In early 2025, Yuantai Crane successfully exported 2 sets of single-speed 5 ton electric chain hoists to a precast concrete component manufacturing plant in Lima, Peru.
These hoists are mounted on steel trusses and operate with mobile electric trolleys, primarily used for flipping and assembling heavy precast concrete components during the production process.
This customized lifting system helps the customer improve operational efficiency, ensure safety, and streamline handling of heavy concrete parts on site.
Customer Background
The Peruvian client is a leading precast concrete producer specializing in residential and commercial building structures. Before upgrading to Yuantai’s electric hoists, their workshop relied on manual lifting and older chain blocks, which were time-consuming and less safe for handling large and heavy precast panels.

After technical consultation and evaluation of the plant layout, Yuantai Crane proposed using two 5 ton single-speed electric chain hoists mounted on steel trusses with motorized trolleys.
