- In the operator’s walking range and the weight through the route should be free of obstacles.
- The manual control button up and down, left and right direction should be accurate and sensitive action, motor and reducer should be no abnormal sound.
- Brake should be sensitive and reliable.
- Good quality electric hoists running track should be no foreign matter.
- Upper and lower limiter action should be accurate.
- Hook stop nut should be tightened.
- Hooks should be flexible in horizontal and vertical rotation.
- Hook pulley should be flexible rotation.
- Electric hoist shall not unload heavy objects by side and overload use is prohibited.
- Good quality electric hoist lubrication parts should be timely add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, lubricating oil should be clean, do not contain other impurities.
- After use, should stop at the designated safe place. Rainproof cover should be provided outside.
- After the work is finished, turn off the main power switch and cut off the main power supply.
- The working environment temperature of electric hoist is -25 ~ +40℃.
- Not suitable for places with corrosive gas or relative humidity greater than 85%, can not replace explosion-proof hoist, should not be lifted molten metal or toxic, flammable and explosive articles.
