1. Lifting mechanism of electric cable hoists and electric wire rope hoists

In order to make wire rope of drum drive the hook up and down, the lifting motor of the rope hoist drives winding drum to rotate through coupling and hollow spindle of reducer.

1. Rope drum is made of cast iron or seamless steel tube, peso ligero, transmit the dynamic force by splines.

3. As the central part of hoist, the rope drum is connected with traveling mechanism through balance beam, with reduce and motor both sides, and with wire rope and hook below.
4. Limited guide bar is installed to the upfront of the outer cover.

1. Hook of rope hoist is made of forged steel, thrust ball bearing connect with casing through hook and beam to make the hook operate freely.

6. Travelling mechanism of electric cable hoists and electric wire rope hoists

The traveling mechanism of wire rope hoist is consisted of electric trolley, travelling reducer, motor de viaje, carro conducido, etc.. The mechanism do reciprocating motion through main engine driven by side plate and drum.

7. Features of wire rope hoist traveling mechanism

1. Wheel tread is straight when used on box girder or H beam and it could be circular arc when used with I-beam.
2. Traveling speed is 20 m/ min, sin embargo 30 m/min is also possible.
3. If 1-5 ton capacity with 12m or higher lifting height, a driven trolley is necessary.
