- Crane operator or inspector should examine manual overhead crane according to the requirements and regulations.
- The crane machine is forbidden to travel on the top of people.
- Any tool or preparation parts shouldn’t be put on the overhead crane in case hit human when dropping.
- Unserviceable standards of wire rope of overhead crane
- When the breaking amount of wire in the 10 times of the wire rope diameter has surpassed 5%, you should change the wire rope
- When the breaking wire over 10% of total wire in one step, then the wire rope should be changed.
- The wear of diameter of one wire rope reach 7%, operator should change it.
