Case Overview:
October 8th, we received the inquiry from our Cambodia customer asking for the price of the 5 ton electric chain hoist. The inquiry only said the lifting capacity, no lifting height and other details of the Electric Chain Hoist, our sales manager replied emails to confirm the detailed specifications in time.
In the same time, they connected on WhatsApp. Client checked email, and provided all the details, including the delivery time.
Our sales manager sent the quotation and drawing of 5 ton electric chain hoist with electric trolley to client. This client had purchased equipment from China before, he had a cooperative freight forwarder in Yiwu, China, so we just need to delivery the hoist to Yiwu.
Our sales manager contacted the person Judy who was in charge of the subsequent transportation. And sent PI and payment instructions to Client. After receiving the PI, the client confirmed the hoist speed and voltage again.
After the customer confirmed some points, he placed the PO to us and we start the order. Before production start, to make sure we offer the most suitable products to customer, we ask our customer to confirm again the following points:
- Type, capacity, and working speed of the electric chain hoist.
- The power supply for the electric chain hoist.
- The electric chain hoist will be equipped with H beam or I beam? (This question is also important because it affect the type of the chain hoist trolley wheels.)
Cambodia customer gave us his confirmation, then everything start accordingly, the production, the delivery.
