The customer is an industrial electronics manufacturer based in Estonia, producing power modules, control cabinets, and precision electronic components for customers across Northern Europe and the wider European market.
As the company expanded its production capacity and upgraded its assembly operations, it needed a more suitable lifting solution for key workstations. The equipment had to handle relatively heavy components while providing controlled lifting for assembly and fitting work.

The Lifting Requirement

The two trolley chain hoists provide independent lifting capability for the customer’s production operations, allowing lifting equipment to be available at different workstations rather than relying on a single unit for multiple activities.
Designed for Assembly Work
The 3.3 m/min lifting speed provides a practical balance for workshop lifting and assembly operations. Operators can raise or lower components at a moderate speed while maintaining visual control of the load.
The 6 m lifting height provides sufficient vertical range for the customer’s specified application, while the 3.5 ton capacity allows the hoists to handle the required components and assemblies.
The 11 m/min travel speed is suitable for horizontal movement within a workstation or production area. Together with pendant control, the configuration gives operators a straightforward way to control lifting and movement from the workshop floor.
