Recently, Dongqi  Cranes finished manufacturing and commissioning of China 74Ton/32Ton metallurgy gantry crane which applied in slow ice, handling molten metal copper slag. The gantry crane as new equipment of copper smelting new technology area, the design and manufacture of the gantry crane based on metallurgical overhead crane and casting crane industry standards; according to gantry crane working condition, take full consideration of the metallurgy gantry crane operation mechanism protection, anti-wind and personnel escape in the accident state.
At present, this metallurgy gantry crane smoothly through the national testing center acceptance, which provides reference for this type of gantry crane design. At the same time, laid a solid foundation for develop the standard of outdoor metallurgical gantry crane.
